just read on australian site that dan paris who played the lovely drew kirk has been on neighbours set for a brief return, speculation is that he will be a long lost cousin to drew, personally i dont care who he plays as long as he is on screen again, :cheer:

Thats just stupid! I dont understand why shows would bring back an old popular character like him to play another role!

Oh for God's sake! Has Australia run out of actors or something? First they bring back Kerry to play Gabby and now they're bringing Drew back to play his cousin? What is the point? Neighbours is getting more stupid all the time!

they can't do that... Home and away have all ready done this and neighbours have just brought in Gabby who is the same actress who played Kerrie Bishop...

I think it's to co-incide with their anniversary celebrations. It's the reason why the actress who played Kerry Mangel is back in the show playing Gabby. Obviously they couldn't bring her back from the dead as she was shot. It's the same with Drew, the actor can only come back to the show as either a) another character or b) as a ghost.

I read this too although it stated that he was SEEN on Ramsey street not that he was FILMING. He could have just been visiting but they did say that the actor had not been able to get as much work as he had hoped since leaving Neighbours, so maybe in the future, but how that's another thing ?

I read on another message board that the producers had apparently hinted that they would like to bring more dead characters back in some way or another for the anniversary, which is the dumbest thing ever, one is a coincidence and it's pushing the boundries enough but any more than that is ridiculous
