I've just seen it somewhere that Ric will find out about Jess and Zubin soon. It is Zubin who tells him, I don't know if he tells him the whole truth. He certainly does tell him about his affair with Jess. This will happen in a few weeks, I think in the same episode where Zubin tries to tell Jess he loves her. There's also a rumour Jess' mum could be coming into it.
