Cool, I'd be too scared to try though...me and my mate went to Covent garden the other day and there was this man doing unicycling and this little girl ran in front of him and he nearly fell off! It was well scary! lol

wow that sounds fun! :) at a local festival the other yr, there was a circus and one afternoon they were teaching people how to do things, like walk on a ball, juggle and use them things (i dont know what theyre called) where theres a piece of string and sort of like 2 cones joined together at the pointy end and you have totry and keep it on the string (if you understand what i mean, im not too good at explaining!)

thats a diablo! :) we do workshops sometimes, but there need to be all of us there all the time as at the last one, people tried to steal our equipment!

eeeek! not good. when i was last in covent garden, they had roped off the area they were doing it in. it was in the undercover bit, i dont know what it is called! i want to go back there one day and perfrom with my group, but they don't want to go!

Jemma

Yeah thats where he was in the undercover bit but there was no ropes. Why don't your group want to go there and perform? You'd get loads of money cos theres always loads of people there.

Tori

i know i want to but its london and we are in manchester... its only £14 on the train there and back. all the tourists are there so you get like £100 from unicycling and other tricks etc. do you know if you have to book?

Jemma
23-08-2005, 16:23
I have no idea lol, but I would think so cos there'd be loads of people that'd want particular spots.

Tori
23-08-2005, 16:25
there are probably regulars, but we would only be able to go like once a month if that- i dont know if we would be allowed on our train with unicycles either. we are having a meeting next week, so i'm going to put the idea forwards then. how busy is it in november?

Jemma
23-08-2005, 16:27
I don't go there very often but it's always quite busy whenever it is.

Tori
23-08-2005, 16:28
ok. i'm going to see if there is a website on it. in my local town centre it is free to busk, but i dont want people to recognise me! london is far away enough!

i know very annoying. i thinki what annoyed us most was that it was all new, and some of it wasn't ours and the fact that we had done the session out of goodwill- we weren't supposed to be doing workshops, we were performing

Tori
26-08-2005, 12:12
yeah we got really annoyed about it... it was that really hot day when live 8 was on- why didn't they go and watch that instead... but no, some people just like to mess around...

di marco

Tori
27-08-2005, 18:04
