why are ther useless characters. no drama silly storylines and shelley STILL in her bedroom?

they didn't feel the need to show shelly in her room last night though - you just know that she's sat up there twitching though!
Amy steve and tracey thing was funny though. how silly was it though - ohh amy loves planes - surely steve would have thought - "hmm never noticed that before!"

what did tracy do last night me missed it
Tracey set steve up for Kidnapping Amy. She gave him a changing bag with loads of clothes and her passport then told her she loved planes. Steve took her to the airport then Tracy rang the police saying Amy had been snatched. Then they arrested Steve.
It needs to get rid of these pathetic comedy characters for a start off! i.e. the twins! :rolleyes:What is the point in the twins. They dont even look like each other its a waste of time. They dont make any on laugh.

I don't understand the point of the twins... I didn't see their introduction, but they haven't actually had a storyline. don't get it.. saying that i hope they don't get a storyline - just know it would be boring!
what were they like at that modelling thing. They are so bad its hard to watch

I totally agree with you, I have watched since the very begining, never missed a episode but I am afraid to say that I have got so fed up with the stupid story lines, if that what you call them. I stopped watching about a month ago. I dont think I will be going back to it either.the soap has been on so long now that they have run out of stories. :rotfl:
they have brought in to many youngsters i think
I agree chance, they did the same with neighbours and that I think changed it for me also.I am not anti youngster but you need a good balance for a soap to work.
yep,im not exactly old (23) nut i think they have too many of the stories based around teenagers etc or a little bit older,you need a balance of both to make it work,i think emmerdale seems to have it cracked,you have got young people,middle aged then the oldies.all you keep seeing in corrie is violet/jason/scooter/sarah lou/fizz/maria/tyrone/those horrible twins/kirk/chesney/sallys girls etc etc ...oooo h and those pointless factory moments
I enjoyed Toxic Tracy fitting up Steve mainly because I saw a glimmer of hope that he might go down and give us all a bit of peace from his wooden acting.
Toxic Tracy really was back on form though instead of this lovey dovey nonsense which I just cannot be doing with.
Still been relatively poor though of late. Oh how I despair with this ailing soap but like I've continued standing by the UK's no.2 soap as it hits a rough spot I am definately going to stick with Corrie out of loyalty and in the hope it can improve and stop the drivel it's been feeding us for the past 15 years or so. It's ever since that supermarket came along that things hit the skids and it's never recovered since then. They had that dreadful Reg character running the supermarket, he was another comedy character. Then they had storylines like Derek and his gnomes. Oh how they've hit upon hard times although far be it from me to enjoy the slump at present in Corrie. I am generally concerned about it's health although no doubt it will become reasonably watchable again. Although I think it's been awful since the eighties I did think it was watchable when it had Richard Hillman etc. How the tables have turned! Two of our top soaps in turmoil.
I'm getting bored with Corrie at the moment not actually bothered if i see it or not which isn't like me at all

I enjoyed Monday's episodes. The best bit though was Sean in the Rovers when he approached Tim. :lol:

He's actually okay when he's not being OTT but when he's OTT he's a complete stereotype. I cannot stick this storyline with Bella Sinead (Spelling?)
