Once the Kat/Alfie storyline finished, so was Alfie, even with Spence. Sure he's cute, thoughtful, kind etc, but too nice and not macho enough, for me anyway, he had no part once Kat left even with the Vic, until of course the arrival of his second cousins with a capital "T". This will happen again once his current storyline is finished, he will have no place.

Yes me for one,ican't stand him or kat to be honest,i think it's down to overkill on EE part,they were allright at first and i really enjoyed the condom episode,but i didn't think he was any good at being landlord, barstaff yes but running the vic no,and once EE turned into the Kat and Alfie show that was it for me the cracks began to show their acting wasn't that good and the 2 hander where they just argued was the episode that put me right of them,to be honest he now gets right on my nerves and bores me silly,i hope he stays in hollywood.

Have to disagree about their acting... Jessie pulls of fantastic stuff IMHO... and the 2 hander... Shane actually impressed me in that. Brilliant emotional episode that I personally find hard to top.

I think that Shane Richie is very average in his acting. There is nothing that he has done that has impressed me. Jessie was great in the two hander. I cant say the same abouit Shane though.

I think Shanes problem is he actually beleives that EE can't survive without him,i also think he'll get a nasty shock if he leaves EE cos he's never really been stretched and i think people will start to see through him,and he'l be begging EE to have him back.
