Michael in last episode

I hope someone can help me out here, it's doing my head in :wall: , where have I seen the actor before who played Michael ( the son of the farmer who's land exploded ) and who was given control of the farm by his injured dad.
I know I've seen him before in a bbc drama, but just can't remember which one :hmm:
