Its been reported, In several papers that Fiona (Ann-Marie Duff) Will NOT return for the 3rd series. Its also reported that Ian Gallagher will embark on another gay affair, leaving Kash alone when his wife Yvonne leaves him.

Yeah there is a 3rd series but it is not yet confirmed if Fiona and Steve come back. I saw the person who plays her saying it on tv

I read somewhere that they are filming the next series in July. Steve definately wont be back, he is in the new Narnia film and has a role in a play.

I can't wait either, I love this show. :thumbsup: I like the way that it can make you laugh and cry, and I think that Sheila is hilarious! I don't think that Fiona will come back, it would be pretty pointless to go away and then just come straight back again!

i agree shameless is one of the best comedy/drama shows i have ever seen its hilariously funny and debbie is a great little actress for her age. it will be a shame if fiona doesnt come back. also anyone know what happens with lips two babies? xxx amelia :)

I love shameless, it's the kind of programme that you can watch over and over again. I have been watching the repeats on Channel 4 and I'm finding myself laughing at the same things I did when I originally watched the episodes!

Not sure what the new series is going to be like though if some of the main characters are set to leave!
