Katy writes a suicide note saying she killed Tommy, then refuses to take her diabetes medicine, ends up in a coma and dies in hospital. At this point Angela has already agreed to take the blame, and is only let out for one day to see Katy when she dies, whilst handcuffed to an officer.

But the police don't believe the note (especially after Angela's confession) so she goes down anyway.

There's no definate ending known yet. Though its highly expected that she'll commit suicide.
