Iain and Norman pick up a patient acting erratically, but as he refuses treatment, Iain threatens to report him to the police. Back in the ED, an injured police officer is brought in requiring serious treatment. As her attacker is described, Iain soon finds the link between the two patients. As he jumps in to save the PC, his memories from his army days come to the forefront.
