'Crush Syndrome'
On her first call out with the paramedics, Rita is called to a patient trapped in a dangerous position in a car breaker's yard.
Despite Dixie and Jeff telling her explicitly that she shouldn't tell him that his injuries may well prove fatal, Rita can't help but break that rule, knowing that it is the only way to persuade him to call and reconcile with his estranged daughter.
Meanwhile, Big Mac helps an older patient get over his fears of treatment and convinces him that it's not too late to change his life. Seeing how Big Mac handles this situation, Louise tries to convince him to apply for an ECA role.
