As Marcus leaves work, his mobile and laptop bag are snatched from his grasp. He catches up with the thief after giving chase, but as the struggle escalates, Marcus is shocked when the thief's identity is revealed.
When Marcus arrives in the ED, Sam and Fletch take on his care and later that of the injured thief. However, as the family of the two parties arrive, the real victim is soon revealed.
