Tina and her brother-in-law Mark are lucky they're not more seriously injured after an accident involving one cyclist vs. two cars.
When they arrive in the ED, Tina finds out that she's unexpectedly pregnant. However, when she discovers there might be a complication caused by a hereditary condition, she begins to panic about the true identity of the father. Will she admit the truth to help her baby? And how will Tom deal with the issues of truth and confidentiality when he's drawn into the situation?
Meanwhile, Tom's 30th birthday celebrations are also interrupted by impatient Ivy, whose husband Fred has had a knock to the head. As Robyn begins the treatment, she soon becomes concerned after spotting bruises on Ivy's wrist.
