It has been confirmed that Will is leaving, not sure if his death is confirmed. Definately won't be getting together with connie.

Hi,sorry to be the bearer if bad news, Will definitely dies. There is someone who knows Noah and has told me this. It's a waste of a brill character and he's gorgeous of course.

5.4.05 - Holby city
Will is trapped underneath scaffolding, impaled through his chest by a pole, as the hospital drama continues. He is conscious, but time is running out for him, so Comfort and Connie rush to free him. In the operating theatre tensions run high as Connie fights to save Will, and everyone breathes a huge sigh of relief when he pulls through. As he comes round and thanks Connie, his condition suddenly worsens and she is forced to open up his chest to stop the internal bleed. Can Connie save him a second time?

It seems a waste of a good character, they haven't really gone any where with him. I was hoping that they would look more into his family life, they seemed to start before the explosion, but it didn't really go anywhere. The writers seem to have gone to a lot of trouble giving you loads of background on Will just to kill him off.
