In appearences maybe.
You could say Tracey Barlow in Corrie is like Janine, both are soapbitches but Tracey isn't a patch on Janine.
Stacey is a minx. Janine started out as a minx that's all.

i hated stacey ever since she first walked into the square, i dont know why i just did, but the one thing that really got me hating her was what she did to the millers' and the way she put demi down about having a bay young, saying that she couldn't cope was out of order, she is such a b***h

no she doesnt. i think she tried it for one day when her mum rejected her but that was it.
