Shannis Coming Home…
A little treat for Shannis fans to pass the time before their return later on this evening, enjoy bondboffin:
Scene 1 – INT. Shannis (America) – Day
Dennis walks into his bar: “Shannis”, Sharon is behind the bar with Michelle.
Dennis: Right then, bags packed, taxi on it’s way, u ready babe?
Sharon: Yeah just about… so Michelle you sure you’ll be able to take care of the place whilst we’re away?
Michelle: Yeah it will be find with me and Vicky, just make sure you don’t take advantage of my kindness if you ent back in a months time I’m coming to get you…
Sharon: I’m sure Pauline would that to happen…
Dennis: Pauline?
Sharon: Yeah, Pauline.
Dennis: What’s she got to do with anything?
Sharon: She’d love to see Michelle back in Walford.
Dennis: Wow, who said anything about Walford?
Michelle: I see you ‘ent told him yet.
Sharon: We’re gonna pop into Walford babe.
Dennis: Oh no we’re not.
Sharon: No point in arguing with me, you know I’ll win, common then, taxi’s here, tara ‘chelle.
She hugs Michelle.
Michelle: Have a great time.
Sharon: We will.
Sharon walks around to the front of the bar. The pair begin to walk off
Dennis: Not in Walford we wont. We are not going there
Sharon: Yes we are.
Scene 2 – INT. Aeroplane – Day
Sharon and Dennis are sitting next to each other on the plane, heading for Heathrow.
Dennis: I’m not happy about this babe.
Sharon: Neither am I but it needs to be done.
Dennis: The whole point of us leaving Walford was to be together, its filled with rubbish memories, why do you want to go back?
Sharon: For Den.
Dennis: I knew it, I knew you still cared for him…
Sharon: No I don’t why would he, his tried to split us up god knows how many times, I can’t forgive him for that. I just want us to go there to prove to him that we are meant…that we are right for each other despite what he may think… I want to prove him wrong and say a final goodbye. He deserves that at least.
Dennis: I know you tough Sharon… once you return there you’ll get all sentimental… think of the good old days and then you’re drawn, and we’ll be back there with him and Zoë, determined to split us up.
Sharon: No Dennis, I promise I wont, we’ll be in and out. Then we can go on and enjoy our break.
Dennis: Good
Scene 3 EXT Queen Vic – Night
Sharon and Dennis get out of the pub and head towards the doors of the Vic.
Sharon: Sounds like there’s a big crowd in.
Dennis: So much for discretion.
Sharon: It don’t matter babe, they can say what they like…
Dennis: I’m public enemy number one as far as The Slaters are concerned… is it any wonder that I want discrecion?
Sharon: Common, lets face the music.
Sharon opens the door, and we all know the rest : 8:00pm BBC1.
