did anyone watch the contender last night with sly stallone and suger ray? its about 16 of the top middleweights in the world who are competing for 1 million dollers.they were split into two groups east and west and are set a task,and who ever wins gets to choose whos to fight out of there group and then they can pick who they want to fight out the other group.i thought peter last night would thrash the pther guy gomez but how wrong i was! it doesnt just show you them fighting,but goes in to there family life etc.
it was on itv2 did anyone else see it?

I saw it, thought it was quite good, makes a change from all the normal reality tv stuff. Apparantly one of them committed suicide last month (but they've kept him in the programme).

yeah he shot himself in the head in his car in a carpark with his g/f,nice huh? i dont know if he was still in the prog at this point or not but yes what we are watching now he is still in it,hes the one from philly.sly said the prog had nothing to do with his death.i thought it was v.good though,the fighters really go for each other and dont keep pussy footing around.
