Hi to moderators do you send messages to all members on this site to their emails everytime they send a post or recieve a post please can you help :)

Nope we don't.
I think you're probably subscribing to the threads, if you go into your User CP and edit your options, you should be able to stop this. Look for the option entitled "Default thread subscription" and change this to "Do not subscribe".
