Considering Zoe can't get pregnant naturally and she had surgery a few episodes ago to start the ball rolling, I'd guess it is Nick's. But did Nick have chemo when he had the tumour? Chemo can make some men infertile so perhaps Nick thinks it's his baby when Zoe has been playing away :hmm:
