Donna's half-niece, Mia, turns up out of the blue because her grandmother, Patti, has had another stroke, as the medical drama continues.

Jac can see that Joseph is struggling in his consultant's position, and things aren't going well with Faye. Jac wants to support him, but she also wants his job. She tells Michael that she will kick up a stink if the temporary Consultant job is not advertised.

Maria is bowled over by hunky new locum George, but Chrissie isn't impressed when he turns up late on his first day. He does, however, eventually impress Chrissie, and makes a predatory beeline for Maria.

But all I could come up with is that it is S12 E3 :p Hope this helps, you seem to be quite the detective :p

Wait a min..........how do people figure she is a half/niece??? How does this work out,,?? Ok Donna's dad gets some one preggers ( she could have been Donna's step mom) she has Mia,, so that would make her a half sister not niece,, this is sooooooo confusing ...

I think it was. Donna's dad had a son or daughter with that woman. Then That womans son or daughter had a baby who was Mia. So would be half neice..
